We wish to inform you that all business activities of both companies will be merged and managed under the Nauta brand as of January 1st , 2021.
Most importantly, you will be able to further rely on your personal contacts whom you are accustomed to for the reliable execution of your transport orders. Needless to say that your personal contacts will answer the phone with “Nauta SA” in the very near future.
Telephone numbers will remain unchanged whilst e-mails will be deviated to the new domain of Nauta SA (@nauta.ch). You may wish to change the mail addresses of your “Bonatrans” contacts to the new ones after some time.
Swiss import customs clearances, export clearances, transits etc. will be done in the name of Nauta SA, and Nauta’s deferred accounts with customs will be used as January 1st, 2020. Any provisional clearances, however, will still be finalized and closed under the Bonatrans accounts.
Effective as of January / February 2021, all business documentation, such as invoices, delivery notes, shipping advices etc., will be issued with the Nauta logo.
